For some reason I got stumped on this guy but I think I finally got it. I put Liquid Applique Frosty's hood, ground, top of the North Pole sign and on the ball then added Stickles. There is also Stickles on the red stripes on the pole. I used Stampendous snowflakes I got from an RAK last year. They're so cute! I have a few more Whipper Snapper's I must try out!! Yippeeeeeeeeee!

Whipper Snapper - Waiting For Santa
For some reason I got stumped on this guy but I think I finally got it. I put Liquid Applique Frosty's hood, ground, top of the North Pole sign and on the ball then added Stickles.
