WOO HOO IT'S HERE IT'S HERE!!
CHRISTMAS IN JULY
BLOG HOP!
I hope you've enjoyed the hop so far. If you've come over from Crafty Deb's then you're heading in the right direction. If you'd like to start from the beginning go back to KinderStampO. There is pretty much blog candy on every blog as well as an overall "main" blog candy so lots of opportunity to win!! FUN OR WHAT?!!
My project actually made me giggle as I was making it. I think these things are so friggin cute! Each of these little snowmen packages consist of marshmallows and a packette of hot chocolate. These are sooooo easy to make and very inexpensive if you need a bunch! :)
Here are all my snowmen napping on the job!!
And now my little soldiers are all standing at attention!!
I even embossed the back of the little package.
What the heck hey?!
And here is a close up so you can see the sentiment.
SO BLOG CANDY!!! YIPPPEEEE!!!
I will draw a winner's name at random and the lucky winner will receive a $10 gift certificate for their favorite online store. So when you leave a comment, please include your favorite online store where you order most of your scrapbooking or card making goodies!! The Christmas in July blog hop ends 9pm Sunday night, July 25th so I will be drawing a winner on Monday July 26th.
NOW! To carry on to the next great project:
Instructions For the Wrapper: Cut a piece of cardstock to 4" x 12" or whatever width you want. I based mine on the width of the hot chocolate packette. Then score at .5" for the tab at the top, flip your 12" piece around on your Scor-Pal and score at 5" and 6.5". This will give you the bottom of your package. That's it! Then start to decorate any way you want! If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to comment. :)
Paper: Three Bugs in a Rug and SU's "Whisper White" cardstock
Embellishments: Misc silver decorative wire, black Stickles for mouth, eyes & buttons and EK Success fastener staples.
Punches: EK Success snowflake punch, Quickutz Snowmen from "Merry & Bright" Edition and Quickutz ovals for oval window.
