We celebrated my FIL's 65th on Feb. 8th and alllllllll the men in this family love the outdoors. It gets harder and harder every year so instead of coloring I decided to just play with a bunch of chipboard from Southern Ridge Trading Company. I didn't realize it but before I gave away the card, apparently I took some very fuzzy pictures. Oops! But you get the idea.
This elk piece is ANI-391 and you get 3 various sizes in the package. I covered the piece with Frost Versamark and then covered with UTEE 3 times ... I think. And isn't it special that I just happen to get a piece of white chunky embossing powder in there too? OH I was so mad but ... whaddya do? LOL!
Both of these trees are also available from SRTC and this package (NAT-382) comes with 3 trees. First I painted both using Tim Holtz dabbers and different colors. Then on the smaller one, I added some flower soft and then some Tim Holtz crackled paint on the bigger tree.
I just love these little clouds!! I bought a cloud stencil and just dabbed some structure paste and built it up so it's very puffy looking. That's my newest thing lately. OH and I did he same for the bark looking papers behind too. I colored some paste with Gelatos and used a Tim Holtz stencil and filled that in. I love how that turned out.
Well! That's it for me for now!! Pretty basic man card for anyone on your list.
Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Totally different from your usual style but a wonderful card all the same.
Love it...lots of texture! And a believable masculine card for this neck of the woods, if you get my drift......LOL.....
Beautiful card.
